When I opened my practice I started representing small landlord because I had represented corporate landlords and there were so many little guys who’s cases got dismissed over and over because they didn’t have lawyers.

My grandfather came to this country after WWII and in his later years he owned a few rentals. He use to take me to do repairs with him. I played with tenant’s kids. Small landlords are different. They know each tenant and each rent check is important to the bottom line. They are about their properties.

After twelve years I have represented hundreds of small landlords. I enjoy finding solutions for their current issue and trying to solve problems in their business so they can avoid having to go to court in the future.
